Refund policy

At Digby & Litten, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

14-Day Returns

You may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition – new, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in a resalable condition.
Please note: sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Where You Purchased Matters

Online Purchases: Returns must be made directly to Digby & Litten via our online returns process.

In-Store Purchases: If you bought your item(s) from a stockist or retail store, your return must be handled directly with that store, in line with their own returns policy.

Extended Holiday Returns

For items purchased between Friday 22nd November 2024 and Tuesday 17th December 2024, we offer an extended returns window until Wednesday 15th January 2025. Orders placed from Wednesday 18th December 2024 onwards fall under our standard 14-day returns policy.

How to Return

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return postage.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service as Digby & Litten cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
